What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way. We call all of these “cookies” on this page.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask what you're happy for us to use. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site can't work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time:

These keep you logged in, keep your basket while you book, and protect payments.

Google tags before you choose
Our pages load Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager using Google Consent Mode. Until you allow analytics or marketing, these tags are told you haven't agreed: they don't set cookies or read existing ones, and send Google only basic information without cookies (for example, that a page was viewed). If you turn a category off later, we delete the Google cookies it had set on our site.
Other services
- Stripe handles card payments and uses the fraud-prevention cookies listed above.
- Google Maps shows the map on our area pages. The map is loaded from Google.
- Google and Facebook login, and the WhatsApp chat button, take you to those services, which use their own cookies on their own sites.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, logging in and booking won't work. To stop Google Analytics on every website, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
