No, each order is washed individually in a separate machine so no worries about that. Your clothes are safe with Laundramoon!

You can expect your clothes to be returned within 48hours of pick up. Alteration and repairs may take longer.

You can select a contactless collection and delivery option and our drivers will pick and deliver from the location of your choice. And if you wish, you can still meet one of our trusted drivers at your doorstep where they will remain at least 2 meters or more away from you.

Yes, we will take care of each of the garments collected by our drivers and adhere to safety measures.

We take care of all the garments and strictly follow the manufacturer's care label on all garments, which confirms the best practice to use during the cleaning process. Thus will cause no harm to your products

If a care label is missing on the item, you can trust our cleaners who have years of experience to treat your items safely with care

We accept all kinds of items and certainly try to clean all of them. But some items including leather, fur, net, velvet and suede require a specialist, which may take up to two weeks and may cost more.

For stains, we try to clean all kinds of stains to perfection, but its always advisable to let us know what caused the stain as the stain removal product may vary accordingly.

Yes, apart from dry cleaning and laundry services, we also offer alterations and repairs. You can check our services to know more. But kindly note these alteration and repairs require a minimum of 48 hours.

As soon as you place an order via our website or app, one of our drivers will come to collect your items and bring it to our cleaning partners where we take utmost care and safety to ensure great results.

You can tell the driver the kind of service you require and can also inform him of some special care instructions you have.

Once your clothes are done, one of our drivers will return the items back on the specified date and time slot. Contactless delivery is available.

If you are opting for a single service, then you need not separate your laundry but if you want more than one service, please separate the item by category like dry clean, wash, press etc.

Kindly check and ensure you empty any pockets before giving us your clothes. We will not be responsible for any loss of products or any pieces of jewellery if left in the pocket. Please also remove any collar stiffeners and cuff links from shirts for hassle-free service.

We can collect your items from the address provided by you. It could be your home, office or concierge.

Yes, this is possible but only if the different address is in the same area as your collection address, as we use our local drivers to arrange collections and deliveries within the particular time slots throughout the day. So, it can be possible in that situation.

No, it's not possible as our drivers cannot accept cash payments. All the payments have to be processed by card before the delivery takes place.

As soon as you confirm the order and the collection is done, the payment will be processed prior to your delivery after you have received your invoice via an email.

Please note, you can receive the invoice within 3 working hours of collection

Yes, after your collection takes place, an itemised invoice will be sent to you via an email and through the app.

With Laundramoon, it is very easy to reschedule your order. Just give us a call and we will reschedule it for you.

Login to your account. Go to your profile and under current orders, you can easily edit or cancel the orders. Else please contact our Customer Service Team in order to cancel your order.

Please make sure you reschedule your order by calling us before the pickup or 24 hours prior to the delivery if you think you would be unavailable. In case no notification is provided to us before the start of the collection/delivery time slot, and there is no one to greet our driver, an additional charge will be applied for orders.

Please note:

Missing or damaged items have to be reported within two days from delivery.

Items with remaining stains must be reported within a week from delivery.
