We do our best with every stain and remove most of them completely. It helps a lot if you tell us what caused the stain, as the right treatment depends on it. Leather, fur, velvet, suede and similar items go to a specialist, which can take up to two weeks and costs more.

Yes. As well as laundry and dry cleaning, we offer alterations and repairs. These need at least 48 hours. See our services page for details.

Book online or in our app and choose your collection slot. Our driver collects your items and takes them to be cleaned. When they're ready, we deliver them back in the slot you picked. Contactless collection and delivery is available.

Please empty all pockets. We can't be responsible for anything left in them, such as jewellery or cash. Please also remove collar stiffeners and cufflinks from shirts.

From any address in our area: your home, your office or your building's concierge.

Yes, as long as it's in the same area as your collection address. Our local drivers cover set areas during each time slot.

New customer codes take a percentage off the part of your order above the £20 minimum, so an itemised order never drops below £20. You can usually use a new customer code once per account.

Yes. Returning customer codes are for people who have already ordered with us. They have their own minimum spend and limits, such as a maximum discount. A code that's for returning customers won't work on a first order.

With Save My Time we take a £20 deposit at checkout. If your code is accepted, it's linked to your order, and the discount is confirmed after we've checked your items at collection. You'll see it on your final invoice.

Yes. Sign in and open My Orders to see every order, its items and the total.

Please let us know before the collection time, or at least 24 hours before delivery, so we can rearrange it. If nobody is in and we weren't told, an extra charge may apply.
